Paxton/Patterson Career Lab

At Callaway Middle School, we believe it's never too early for students to begin exploring their future. Our state-of-the-art Paxton/Patterson Career Lab provides hands-on, immersive learning experiences that introduce students to more than 20 exciting career pathways. Through engaging, real-world simulations, students discover their interests, develop practical skills, and gain a deeper understanding of careers in fields such as healthcare, engineering, information technology, manufacturing, agriculture, welding, business, and many more.

The Career Lab is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help students make informed decisions about their educational journey. As students explore a variety of career options, they begin preparing for the specialized pathways and career-focused opportunities available in high school and beyond.
